divh2Production Equipment Technician/h2pResponsible for maintaining all production equipment in good working order and upholds all GMP quality standards, plant safety and equipment on all production lines. Requires thorough knowledge and understanding of all production equipment to support set-ups, changeovers, adjustments, minor repairs, and routine operations in accordance with company SOPs and manufacturers specifications Setup Technicians are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production flow with minimal down time while maintaining a safe work environment. Assists more skilled staff in the completion of larger and more complex assignments. Must be willing to set up, run, adjust and maintain equipment./ppPay: $18.50/hr + $0.90 Shift Differential/ppShift: Monday Thursday | 8:00 PM 6:00 AM/ph2Responsibilities/h2pSpecific Responsibilities/pulliPerform all production equipment line set ups and change overs./liliPerform all necessary adjustments on production equipment./liliEvaluate condition of equipment and tooling during set-ups and report needed repairs./li/ululliComplete appropriate paper/digital documents in a timely and detailed manner./liliPractice and actively drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes./liliMonitor and adjust machinery to a level whereby maximum accuracy and efficiency is achieved./li/ululliConvert machinery to accommodate changes in various environments./liliOperate newly repaired/adjusted equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs/ adjustments./li/ululliWorks alone or with other technicians and/or trades to accomplish assigned tasks./liliResponsible for training and aiding other operators in the performance of line changeovers./li/ululliEnsures proper cleanliness and assembly of all manufacturing equipment per the approved SOP./li/ululliResponsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment at all times./li/ululliFollow SOPs and GMPs, i.e., wearing proper clothing, beard covers, gloves, etc./liliIdentifies and reports any quality issues to supervisor or quality department./liliUnderstands and adheres to all company policies, procedures, SOPs, and safety regulations./li/ululliFollow all safety procedures when opening, repairing, and installing process or plant equipment.
