Bi-lingual Fluent Spanish Speaking
Greet customers, vendors and visitors in a friendly and professional manner . Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Scan ,file and maintain records . Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks. Process customer payments . Assist
management with various administrative tasks. Perform data entry with accuracy . Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multi- tasking computer literate , data entry, attention to detail .
