Required mandatory Skills: Required First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development or infrastructure team that was diligently applying Agile-Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Experience with burndown charts, retrospectives, velocity, defect tracking, sprints, releases, and the ability to articulate how each of these works. Experience with Agile concepts, User Stories, EPICs, CI/CD principles. Experience working with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction. Experience working with the M365 product suite, either in a delivery or development capacity College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems is considered advantage.
