Our organization in Boca Raton, Florida, is on the lookout for a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is either Board Certified or Board Eligible and is proficient in both English and Spanish. This position presents a fantastic chance to deliver thorough outpatient primary care to a diverse patient demographic, spanning from children to seniors, in a supportive and collaborative healthcare setting. • Exclusively outpatient primary care practice

• Preference for treating patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations

• Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team

• Utilize modern technology and resources aimed at enhancing both physician satisfaction and patient care

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions

• Conduct preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs

• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests

• Provide education to patients and families regarding preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• No weekend shifts required

• No on-call duties

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active medical license in Florida or the ability to secure one before starting

• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain it

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (mandatory)

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship skills
