Family/ Internal Medicine Physician

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our Boca Rato n, Florida medical office. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician passionate about providing comprehensive, outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics, while building meaningful long-term relationships within a collaborative care environment. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care practice Care for patients of all ages is preferred including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM No weekends No on-call responsibilities Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Value-based care model focused on quality outcomes Strong clinical and administrative support Modern technology and resources designed to enhance physician satisfaction and patient care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive bonus Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage CME allowance and paid CME time (if applicable) What You'll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with care teams to improve quality outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care Why Join Sanitas Medical Center?
