CNC Swiss Machinist (Day or Night)

Duties and Essential Job Functions

• Programming new parts and optimizing existing programs on a Citizen L32
• Performing set-ups on multiple Citizen L32 Swiss machines
• Load stock into bar feeder and monitor the machining process
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain nominal print dimensions and required surface finishes
• Performs visual and physical inspection of parts produced per QMS
• Performs accurate transactions (clock on, clock off, entering quantities, closing out operation when done, filling in appropriate paperwork)
• Keep a clean and organized work environment
• May be responsible for overseeing other Swiss operators
