Monday thru Thursday, 5:00am – 3:15pm (with potential OT on Friday)

General Summary: Under the supervision and mentorship of the Safety and Support Manager, The EH&S Administrative Assistant/Trainer is responsible to assist with administrative tasks for the area’s safety program. Duties include but not limited to: coordinating/assisting with new hire orientation training and paperwork. Process new hire customer badging. Responsible to teach OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR trainings. OSHA and First Aid/CPR certification training will be provided if individual does not possess these certifications.

Education and Experience: 2 years administrative assistant experience Training background desirable Experience working in a construction environment desirable Material procurement experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations/data with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to work with diverse population of workers Ability to gain knowledge of field EH&S representative position Jack B.
