About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and innovation across its multi-geography operations. The CTO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, overseeing IT operations and infrastructure, and ensuring information security and compliance with relevant regulations. A key focus of the role is the strategic adoption of AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, particularly in the healthcare revenue cycle management space. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading technology teams, managing organizational change, and building and scaling IT support and infrastructure capabilities to support growth. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 8 years in a CTO, VP Technology, or equivalent C-level role. Essential qualifications include expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and cloud platform management, as well as a strong background in information security, compliance, and audit management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading successful AI and automation initiatives, experience in business process automation, RPA, and AI/ML applications, and strong financial acumen. Executive leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage large technology budgets are also required. Experience in the healthcare, revenue cycle management, or business process outsourcing industries, and knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and IT compliance, are highly desirable.
