Utilizing the nursing process, the RN assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes. The RN collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience. Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
