Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure to practice in Pennsylvania
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Previous experience with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work within a collaborative educational team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support holistic student growth
• Maintain documentation and progress tracking in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input
