Job Description

Supervisor supports and contributes to creating and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for customers through frontline/hands-on execution of daily store operations. Ensures that customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Maintains a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable store environment. Sets and communicates daily goals with store staff to meet or exceed targets. Oversees daily key performance results and operational metrics; may assist with procurement, inventory, and labor management or other tracking and reporting functions. Maintains compliance standards for established policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Upon hire: National Food Handler Card State County City Authority
• Within 90 days of hire: National ServSafe Manager Certification National Restaurant Association
• Within 90 days of hire: First Aid AED Certification
• 4 years of extensive retail and food service experience
• 2 years of leadership experience including orientation, training, coaching, and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Starbucks experience
