Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Lead – The Boeing Company Overview Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Lead to lead a team of engineers in support of the design and integration of an advanced next generation platform within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) – Phantom Works organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the integration of low observable mission systems, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement integration strategies for antennas and apertures. Utilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Oversee the design and integration of low observable platforms, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines. Stay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performance. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems. Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms. Proficiency in using computational electromagnetic tools for analysis and design. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment. In‑depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques. Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies. Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. sole citizenship required). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience) Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Security and Eligibility Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance required (U.S. citizen). Clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active. Ability to obtain program access; U.S. Government requires U.S. citizenship only. U.S. Person required for export control compliance. No visa sponsorship. Relocation and Compensation Relocation based on candidate eligibility; basic relocation offered for eligible internal candidates. Target pay range: $136,850 – $185,150.
