Join us and our 18,000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.This position is responsible to Implement and maintain defined IT solutions within SAP S4/HANA Order to Cash (SD/OM) domain and ensure continuous improvement of solutions and their application.The role involves collaborating with global and regional stakeholder teams to ensure seamless implementation, testing, and support of OTC/SD processes for the Americas region.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesImplement and support SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC processes aligned with business requirementsCoordinate with global and regional teams to align process standards with regional requirements Support and maintain integration between SAP SD/OTC and 3PL logistics providersLead and coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders — identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution Serve as IT contact for OTC/SD business stakeholders across all project phasesSupport Cutover and post Go-Live stabilization activitiesBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration/management or a related field and 4+ years of related experience; OR a master’s degree in information technology, business administration/management with 2+ years of related experienceMinimum 3 years of hands-on SAP SD / OTC implementation and support experience in S/4HANA or ECC environments Experience with partner determination and cross-functional integration — SD with MM, FI/CO, and PPPreferred QualificationsSAP Transportation Management (TM) knowledge and SD-TM integration experienceSAP ABAP knowledge — ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot ABAP codeExperience with chemical or process industry OTC processesExperience with Latin America EDI platforms or Mexico-specific logistics interface integrationsKnowledge and SkillsProficient in SAP SD configuration managementProven experience supporting full project lifecycle — design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilizationExperience coordinating and executing structured testing activities (integration testing, UAT, regression) with business stakeholdersFamiliarity with SAP Fiori apps for OTC process navigation and execution in S/4HANAStrong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to translate business requirements into system solutionsExcellent communication skills across all organizational levelsSelf-motivated; ability to work independently under tight project timelines in a global matrix environmentStrong understanding of end-to-end OTC process — order management, pricing procedures, condition records and condition technique, copy controls, output determination, delivery processing, billing, and revenue managementExperience with 3PL integration and logistics provider connectivity within SAP SD/OTC landscapeKnowledge of SAP integration technologies — IDocs, RFC, BAPI, API, SFTPExperience with EDI processes and message types relevant to OTC (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC)Work ArrangementThis position is based in Pittsburgh, PA on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office requiredOccasional travel to regional production sites may be requiredYOUR APPLICATIONAre you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
