Job Title Senior Project Manager Electrical Systems and Building Integration Location: Boone County, Indiana Base Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Responsibilities Manage electrical infrastructure and facility integration projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and turnover. Collaborate with engineering, facilities, automation, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure project alignment with operational and regulatory requirements. Oversee electrical system design including power distribution, backup power, control systems, and integration with building infrastructure. Develop and maintain project schedules, track budgets, manage forecasts, and control project costs. Guide cross‑functional teams, mentor junior project managers, and foster accountability while keeping teams motivated. Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and team members; manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically. Identify potential issues early, mitigate risks, and adapt plans quickly when challenges arise. Ensure regulatory compliance, schedule adherence, and budget performance throughout design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (required). Experience: 5–7 years as a Project Manager focusing on building electrical and integrated low‑voltage systems. Experience with fire alarms, security, camera systems, building automation and management systems, and commissioning of auxiliary low‑voltage systems.
