- Lead tax reporting and compliance for partnerships, trusts, individuals, and corporate entities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting, variances, and supporting schedules across multiple entities
- Maintain tax calendars, estimated payments, extensions, and filing deadlines
- Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and ERP optimization initiatives
- Assist with audit support, cash flow reporting, and treasury-related activities
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- 5+ years of accounting experience with strong high-net-worth tax exposure
- Experience with trusts, partnerships, and individual tax work required
- Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs
- Experience with Business Central and/or Jet Reports preferred
- CPA or EA strongly preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and deadline-management skills
