This leadership role will oversee accounting operations across multiple business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient day-to-day accounting processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and general accounting operations across multiple entities.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance, and support external audit and tax processes.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to ownership and executive leadership.
• Drive process improvements and help modernize accounting workflows and systems.
• Partner with operational leaders to support strategic and business decisions.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

• Progressive experience in accounting leadership, preferably within a multi-entity or otherwise operationally complex environment.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting, internal controls, and financial statement preparation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set priorities, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience with month-end close, intercompany accounting, and consolidated reporting.

• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

• Background in public accounting or exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution, dealership, or similar environments is preferred.
