About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Growth & Live Games to spearhead the expansion of its mobile game portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transition of validated mobile titles into large-scale, sustainable businesses. This role demands a commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of mobile gaming, including user acquisition, monetization, and live operations. The VP will be tasked with developing and executing growth strategies, owning the P&L of the business unit, and ensuring the commercial success of the games throughout their lifecycle. Key responsibilities include business unit leadership, growth strategy, product strategy, development and operational excellence, data and analytics, and team building. Essential experience for this role includes significant senior leadership in the mobile gaming industry, a proven track record in scaling mobile games, and a strong background in managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, product-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and lead a team to achieve ambitious objectives. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to build a profitable growth engine, drive revenue and profitability, and foster a culture of commercial optimization and operational excellence. The role offers the opportunity to work with titles that have already shown commercial potential, allowing the VP to focus on the growth and success of the business.
