The Opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Coordinator/Scheduler What You Will Do Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs) Manage the reduction of overtime, and ensure timekeeping accuracy Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility staffing requirements for all shifts Respond promptly to call-outs and find appropriate coverage to avoid staffing gaps Support new employee onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and shadowing/preceptor shifts What You Must Have Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or staff coordination (preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care) Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and computer systems Have a CNA Certification in the state of GA Benefits - Things we want you to know We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Goal driven bonus pay for achieving key scheduling metrics 401(k) managed by Merrill Lynch DailyPay Health Insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Continuing Education Credits Career advancement opportunities! #J-18808-Ljbffr
