Clinical Director

Position OverviewAmego is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services within our Adult Services programs in the Holbrook area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing behavior analytic services, supervising clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices in applied behavior analysis across residential and day settings.The Clinical Director plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, ethical, and person-centered clinical care while partnering closely with program management, families, and interdisciplinary teams.About AmegoAmego, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
