About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its personal tax advisory practice. The role involves managing complex client relationships and tax engagements, overseeing larger assignments focused on individual taxation, and ensuring work meets client expectations. The successful candidate will supervise and mentor managers, support their professional development, and contribute to business development. The position also requires expertise in individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning, with international tax experience preferred. Candidates must hold a CPA certification and have at least 15 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree is advantageous. Required qualifications include strong leadership and team management skills, knowledge of flow-through entity taxation, tax research proficiency, and a proven record in business development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in tax preparation and planning software and Microsoft Office. International tax planning and compliance experience is preferred.
