Applicants for the Tax Vice President position at the company should hold a CPA certification and have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience, with an advanced degree being advantageous. The role requires a professional with strong leadership and team management skills, proficiency in flow-through entity taxation rules, and a proven track record in business development.
