Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead

We are actively looking for a Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead to join our IT team. As part of the IT Group, the Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead is a technical business enablement role responsible for expanding effective use of various IT Systems through training, adoption, solution design, and practical AI enablement. This role works closely with business users, leaders, and technical partners to identify high-value use cases, develop and refine prompts and agents, support integration opportunities, and help teams apply and adopt system capabilities in ways that improve how work is performed and information is used. The role leverages AI tools to improve and optimize workflows and supports the broader adoption of AI tools within the organization. It requires in-depth working knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems and complementary tools so that solutions are designed thoughtfully, connected appropriately, and aligned to business outcomes.
