About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Blow Mold Operator
• Pay Rate: $17.00/Hour
• Location: Saint Paul, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM
• Position Type: Temp

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Working knowledge of blow molding machinery and related equipment.
2. Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and adjust machines as needed.
3. Ability to manage and run one or more machines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong verbal communication skills.
5. Basic ability to complete accurate written documentation of production output and quality checks.
6. Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
7. Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate mechanical or production issues promptly.
8. Ability to visually inspect products and perform precise quality measurements.
9. Commitment to working safely and upholding all safety standards at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Operate blow molding machinery, making necessary adjustments to ensure final products meet all quality specifications.
2. Monitor and maintain appropriate production levels to ensure the correct quantity of finished product is produced.
3. Add dye or colorant to the manufacturing process as required.
4. Perform visual inspections and take quality measurements, including bottle weights and neck finishes, to ensure product consistency.
5. Package finished products, specifically gas line bottles, according to specifications.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning the machine and surrounding environment.
7. Consistently adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures, including attendance and appearance requirements.
8. Support and assist fellow machine operators as needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
10. Other duties as assigned.
