HiFyve is hiring 1st shift CNC machinists in the precision manufacturing industry.

Salary: $30+/hour depending on experience.

Shift options:

1st shift:

Monday – Thursday:

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday:

6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Fridley, MN

This role supports precision machining operations by setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality machined components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will work with tight-tolerance parts while maintaining quality and production standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools
• Make machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
