CNC Machinist

This position features a stable four-day work week with 3-day weekends and offers a small, family-owned company atmosphere. We are hiring across multiple skill levels, from operators making minor adjustments to advanced setup pros. Apply today!

Location: Blaine, MN

Wage: $23.00 - $45.00/hr. | Based on Experience

Operator Level | Run parts & offset adjustments: $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
Intermediate Level | Assist with setups & changeovers : $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
Full Setup Level | Machine setups & programming adjustments: $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM | Monday - Thursday

Duties of the CNC machinist:

Perform complex CNC Mill setups independently
Handle machine offsets, setups, and edits using G&M codes
Conduct detailed, in-process part inspections
Partner with QA to resolve tolerance and quality issues
Monitor production quality across assigned workstations

Requirements of the CNC machinist:

Background in CNC milling and programming adjustments
Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
Experience with Okuma or Mazak machinery (a plus)
Experience with live tooling and multi-axis machining (a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent
