CNC Mill MachinistPrideStaff is looking for a motivated CNC Mill Machinist who wants more than just running parts, someone who wants to grow into setup ownership and CNC programming using Mastercam.Great Company to Work For:100% Company-Paid Health & Dental InsuranceCompany-paid Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability401(k) with matchProfit sharing & bonus opportunitiesPaid holidays + PTOOvertime available (time and a half)Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start — NO weekendsClean, climate-controlled shopCross-training and real growth opportunitiesCNC Mill Machinist Overview:Perform complete CNC mill setups (tooling, work holding, offsets)Prove out new and existing jobs for quality and efficiencyRead prints and hold tight tolerancesTroubleshoot issues and make process improvementsRun production while maintaining consistent part qualityInspect parts using standard measuring toolsSupport production (deburring, material prep, etc.)As you grow in the role, you will:Learn and develop Mastercam programming skillsAssist with toolpaths, feeds/speeds, and cycle time improvementsProgress toward independent setup + programming responsibilityCNC Mill Machinist Pay: $25-$35/hour (Coon Rapids, MN)CNC Mill Machinist Key Requirements:CNC machining experience (milling preferred)Setup experience OR strong desire to learn setupsAbility to read prints and understand tolerancesMechanically inclined with problem-solving abilityBasic computer skillsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learnPreferred: 2-year machining degree or equivalent experienceExposure to Mastercam or other CAM softwareCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $70,000.00All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
