Key Responsibilities

Workforce & Operations Management

Serve as the on-site representative and liaison between employees, client leadership, and internal HR/recruiting teams

Manage daily attendance, scheduling support, and shift coverage needs

Monitor timekeeping accuracy and assist with payroll-related inquiries

Support onboarding activities, including orientations, badge coordination, and policy reviews

Ensure compliance with workplace policies, safety guidelines, and client-specific procedures

Track and report headcount, turnover, attendance trends, and workforce metrics

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Build strong relationships with employees to foster trust, engagement, and retention

• Conduct regular floor walks and check-ins to stay connected to employee morale and concerns

• Address employee questions, concerns, and conflicts in a timely, professional manner

• Support performance coaching conversations and attendance counseling as needed

• Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement events, and morale initiatives

• Partner with leadership to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction

Client Partnership

• Maintain a strong working relationship with client supervisors and managers

• Participate in client meetings to discuss workforce performance, staffing needs, and engagement strategies

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity, attendance, and retention

• Communicate workforce updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders

Compliance & Documentation

• Document employee interactions, policy violations, and corrective actions

• Ensure proper documentation for attendance issues, investigations, and performance concerns

• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

• Support audits and ensure adherence to employment policies and co-employment guidelines
