Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee petroleum construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing fuel system installations, underground and above-ground storage tank projects, gas stations, convenience stores, and environmental construction projects while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage petroleum construction projects including fuel systems, gas stations, convenience stores, UST/AST installations, and environmental construction projects. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal project teams. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and field coordination. Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship throughout project execution. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and company safety policies. Track project costs, budgets, and financial performance. Prepare project reports and communicate project status to clients and management. Resolve project issues while maintaining client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience in Petroleum Construction, Fuel Systems, Environmental Construction, or Heavy Civil Construction. Experience managing Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) installation projects. Strong knowledge of petroleum fueling systems, construction methods, permitting, and environmental regulations. Experience managing project budgets, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractors. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with petroleum fueling systems, fuel piping, fuel dispensers, and gas station construction. Environmental remediation project experience. OSHA 30 certification or other safety certifications. PMP certification is a plus. Knowledge of EPA and state environmental compliance requirements.
