Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients
• Develop treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services
• Complete documentation
• Communicate patient progress
• Train caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers
• Optional COTA supervision

Qualifications

Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and excellent clinical judgment.

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
