They're good for you.What You'll DoYou'll partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to deeply understand the technical qualifications, culture fit, and citizenship requirements for every open role — then go find the people who match.That means proactively identifying and engaging both passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, cold calling, job boards, internal ATS databases, and industry-specific sources.You won't wait for applications to come in. You'll go get the talent.You'll build and maintain robust, diverse pipelines for evergreen and hard-to-fill roles — the skilled trades, technical, and defense-specific positions that require more than a basic job board search to fill.You'll screen resumes, conduct initial outreach within 24 hours of identifying a strong candidate, assess interest and qualifications, and hand off warm, vetted prospects to the recruiting team ready to move.Behind the scenes, you'll keep your ATS activity accurate and current, deliver weekly pipeline metrics, and research and map talent within competitor organizations, defense contractors, and government and military communities.You'll also support employer branding efforts — representing GTC at career fairs, virtual events, and military transition programs where the candidates we need are already showing up.Where This Role Can Take YouThis position is intentionally designed as a launchpad.
