**Join Our Team as a Dynamic LDRP RN!** **Job Description:** - Embrace a dual role as a Caregiver and Care Manager, making a real impact on patient care! - Take ownership of your patient group with the Nursing Process to ensure quality care. - Direct and support fellow caregivers, fostering an environment of teamwork through effective delegation and coordination. - Make informed decisions that prioritize patient needs while adhering to best practices and organizational policies. - Engage in continuous learning and professional growth by attending seminars and workshops. - Document patient care accurately utilizing electronic medical records and paper processes to comply with policies and regulatory requirements. - Cultivate nurturing relationships with patients and colleagues by: - Listening attentively and empathetically. - Supporting and encouraging those around you. - Drive excellence by identifying safety concerns and implementing safe practices. - Participate in shaping the future of patient care by embracing innovation and technological advancements. - Utilize your critical thinking skills to assess and respond to the ever-changing needs of acutely ill patients. - Ensure compliance with safety requirements while maintaining professionalism in your interactions. **Essential Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited nursing school. - Active Washington State RN Licensure. - BLS certification within 30 days of hire. - Minimum of 3 years experience as an acute care registered nurse preferred. - Ability to manage stressful situations with emotional stability and resilience. **Physical Requirements:** - Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and bending. - Manual dexterity to handle medical equipment effectively. - Keen mental faculties for assessment and decision-making. **Family Birthing Center Requirements:** - Obtain AAP NRP Advanced certification before the end of orientation. - Acquire ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. - Complete AWHONN’s Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course within 3 months of completing L&D training. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
