### Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse - LDRP Days
**Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in the lives of patients?

• In this dynamic role, you will function as both a caregiver and care manager, assuming full responsibility for a group of patients.
• Implement your expertise through the Nursing Process while also overseeing and guiding other caregivers with your leadership skills.

**Provide knowledgeable and skillful care, adhering to established procedures and care plans.

• Document patient information accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities effectively.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure quality care.

**Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN Licensure in Washington State.

• A minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Regular standing, walking, lifting, and maneuvering equipment throughout shifts.
• Clear vision and communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.

• *Additional certifications in neonatal resuscitation, advanced life support, and fetal monitoring are required within specified time frames.
