Accounts Payable Representative II

Job Details

Primary Responsibilities:

Processes items in the corporate banking website.
Enters invoices and expense reports for payment.
Prepares, prints, and mails checks.
Researches items to assist both internal and external customers.
Records accounting entries.

Knowledge and Requirements:

2 - 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred or relevant work experience.
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work within banking websites.
Effective utilization of Accounts Payable specific software.
Ability to research various inquiries from company personnel.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School or better.
