Litigation Paralegal (Trial Focus) – Entertainment & Commercial Litigation

Location: Santa Monica, CA | Remote with onsite requirements in Los Angeles during trial

Compensation: $95,000–$125,000 (DOE)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a collaborative law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a lean litigation team handling entertainment litigation and commercial contract disputes. This is a high‑impact role offering meaningful trial exposure, substantive litigation work, and a fully remote day‑to‑day schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Support all phases of litigation, including trial preparation

• Prepare trial, witness, and exhibit binders

• Assist with pre‑trial filings (motions in limine, witness and exhibit lists)

• Track deadlines and manage litigation calendars

• Coordinate eDiscovery and document review (DISCO preferred)

• Maintain and improve document organization (OneDrive)

• Assist with trial logistics and provide onsite support in Los Angeles during trial

Qualifications

• Litigation paralegal experience (state and/or federal courts)

• PACER experience required

• Trial preparation experience required

• eDiscovery experience ( DISCO preferred ; Relativity or Everlaw acceptable)

• Strong organizational skills and proactive, anticipatory work style

• Comfortable working remotely with occasional onsite requirements

• Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required (education accepted in lieu)
