Litigation Paralegal

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Compensation & Benefits: $100,000–$120,000 annually, plus Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, Holidays, Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, and 401(k)

Position Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days onsite after probation period)

LHH is partnering with a large national law firm to identify an experienced eDiscovery focused Litigation Paralegal to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal with strong experience managing electronically stored information (ESI) in complex business litigation matters. The firm is seeking a professional who can take ownership of discovery workflows while continuing to support matters through trial and appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of eDiscovery, including ESI collection, review, production, and quality control
• Coordinate and support document reviews using eDiscovery platforms and vendor tools
• Prepare, organize, and produce discovery materials in compliance with court rules and ESI protocols
• Assist attorneys with discovery strategy, including drafting discovery requests, responses, and privilege logs
• Oversee and independently handle state and federal court filings, ensuring accuracy and deadline compliance
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and litigation-related legal documents
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files, databases, and production sets
• Liaise with vendors, clients, experts, and internal teams regarding discovery and litigation support needs
• Assist with deposition, motion, and trial preparation, including exhibits and document management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience in complex civil or business litigation
• Strong hands-on experience with eDiscovery processes and ESI management
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, DISCO, Everlaw, or similar preferred)
• Paralegal certificate required
• In-depth knowledge of California state and federal court filing procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple discovery deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
