Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Associate to join our Pre-Litigation team in Studio City, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Attorneys are expected to manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases to resolution 
• Associates report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals 
• Associates collaborate with Pre-Litigation staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients 
• Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed 
• Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements: 

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
