Plaintiff’s litigation firm seeking a motivated Paralegal with 1–5 years of experience in Personal Injury litigation, preferably with exposure to Elder Abuse, Nursing Home Abuse, and Assisted Living Facility cases .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful, high-impact litigation work in a growing niche practice area advocating for vulnerable seniors and injured clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Assist with case management from intake through trial
• Coordinate medical records and document review
• Communicate with clients, experts, and providers
• Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials
• Calendaring and litigation deadline management

Qualifications

• 1–5 years litigation paralegal experience
• Personal Injury experience required
• Nursing Home / Assisted Living Abuse experience preferred
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Familiarity with California litigation procedures and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
