Division Manager

In this position, you are a leader over several account receivables groups and their group manager. Each group manager supervises 6-12 group managers. This position trains, supervises and assists the group managers, but you also get hands on in group meetings and by performing audits, prepare financial re-posts, forecasts, assess staffing needs and adjustments, and perform cost control activities. Primary Responsibilities Lead and train several account receivables groups and their group managers. Supervise group managers who oversee 6‑12 sub‑managers. Participate in group meetings, conduct audits, prepare financial re‑posts, and forecast operations. Assess staffing needs and make adjustments to improve efficiency. Execute cost‑control activities related to the receivables process. Qualifications You must be highly motivated and dedicated with attention to detail, proven supervisory skills, and outstanding organizational abilities. Prior successful management experience in a comparable setting or related industry is required.
