Production Support Associate III - 1st Shift

We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate to join our 1st shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Plainfield, IN.

Compliance and Reporting: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures compliance with HSE standards and promotes a culture of safety.

Quality Assurance: Performing quality inspections and raising concerns will help minimize costs and exposures, ensuring high standards are maintained.

Mentorship: Instructing and coaching others will foster a collaborative environment and help team members develop their skills.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

Need to have basic MS office knowledge. Needs to be able to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.

Base Rate: $18.00-$20.84
