CNC MachinistShift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hourWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC programming and machining experience, be proficient with Mastercam, and be comfortable operating both CNC and manual machinery.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise work.ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC machinesCreate and modify CNC programs using MastercamOperate both CNC and manual machinesRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specificationsSelect appropriate tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processesPerform accurate measurements and inspections throughout the machining processUse machinist measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerancesWork with measurements in both standard (SAE) and metric systemsMake machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and accuracyPerform machine setups, tool changes, and offsetsTroubleshoot machining and programming issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow established quality control and safety proceduresComplete work efficiently while meeting production and quality standardsRequired QualificationsPrevious experience as a CNC Machinist requiredMust be capable of programming with MastercamStrong understanding of CNC machining processesExperience operating both CNC and manual machinesProficient with machinist measuring devices, including tools such as:CalipersMicrometersGaugesOther precision measuring instrumentsAbility to accurately measure and work in both metric and standard measurementsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood mechanical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday7:00 AM–3:30 PM$20.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience and skill level1st shiftFull-time positionIdeal CandidateWe're looking for a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented machinist who can hit the ground running.
