Spring Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.85 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Participate in a 6–8 month training program to learn spring machine operations, production processes, and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor spring manufacturing equipment while making adjustments to ensure accurate, high-quality products.
• Perform inspections and measurements on finished springs to verify they meet customer and company specifications.
• Load materials, maintain equipment, complete production paperwork, and follow all safety and operating procedures.
• Work closely with experienced operators and team members to develop skills needed to independently run spring production equipment.

Spring Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience is needed.
• Ability to complete a training period and learn spring machine operations, processes, and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect products, follow instructions, and maintain accurate production standards.
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Background Check Required
• Pre-hire Drug Screen Required
