Job Description
RemX is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Export with required export experience to support order processing and international shipments.
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am - 2:30 pm Friday
Location: Charlotte, NC
Type: temp to hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders
- Communicate order status, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and track international shipments
- Assist with light packing and shipping tasks
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) – required
- Export/international shipping experience – required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
