Locations: Richmond, Virginia - Short Pump, Virginia - Midlothian, VA - Arlington, Virginia What You'll Do Lead daily front‑of‑house operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences Coach, mentor, and develop service team members through active floor leadership Foster a positive, accountable, and hospitality‑focused culture Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires Manage labor, scheduling, and shift execution to meet business goals Ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently upheld Partner closely with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless communication and service Resolve guest concerns professionally and create lasting relationships with our guests What We’re Looking For Restaurant management experience in a high‑volume environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for hospitality and team development Ability to remain composed and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced setting Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Experience with Toast POS is a plus Why Wood & Iron?
