Restaurant Manager

21 Century Food Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager. Position: Full‑time, Permanent Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Salary: $37.00 per hour Work Locations Primary: Edokko Nigiri Sushi, #120-3679 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC V7C 5V2 Secondary (as needed): Takeya Sushi, #17-8671 No.1 Road, Richmond, BC, V7C1V2 Benefits 4% vacation pay Dental coverage (after six months of full‑time employment) Bonus based on sales performance Staff meal Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant Determine menus and other services to be offered and implement operational procedures Recruit staff and oversee staff training Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers Qualifications 3 years or more experience in food preparation and/or food service Some supervisory experience in a restaurant Strong interpersonal skills Numeracy and problem‑solving skills Japanese food knowledge Education Completion of high school.
