Different guests want different things, and we are here to build and provide a tailored retail experience. **THE ROLE** As the Vice President Creative Services and Production Operations, you will be a key player within our Legends Global Merchandise division, responsible for driving the management of creative initiatives, design projects, content development, and overall responsibility for production operations and delivery. Your role will be pivotal in supporting teams across the division ensuring our creative endeavors align seamlessly with overarching business objectives.Your expertise will be pivotal in generating innovative and impactful creative solutions tailored specifically for our partners, fans, clients, donors, and customers. With top-notch design skills and a keen eye for detail, you will set the standard for excellence, ensuring that every aspect of our creative output meets the highest standards of quality and creativity and will oversee the internal production as well at outsourced production partners delivering our products.Work with Creative team on other content needed for projects, such as outreach campaigns, one-sheeters, micro-sites, video production, etc.All other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability 10+ years as a full-time or part-time marketing or creative professional with a strong desire to grow creative skills independently and collaboratively.Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency in Apple Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel.Video editing experience is a plus. Highly motivated self-starter, with strategic thinking and personal leadership skills. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and executioner. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with internal sales and management teams.Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction based on feedback.
