Member Specialist

Position Summary Sam's Club #6421, located at 2000 Westview Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304-3561. We are looking for a Member Frontline Services Associate to provide member service, maintain checkout and area; resolve member issues; promote products and services; guide members in self‑service technology; process purchases and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges; follow safety and security standards; train new associates; and continuously improve processes. Responsibilities Provide member service and guide members through purchases and technology. Maintain checkout, entrance and exit areas, zone and arrange merchandise, and assist members with items. Process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations. Maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation; execute emergency response procedures. Assure compliance with security and safety practices. Train new Member Frontline Services associates on processes, procedures, and technology. Deliver new program rollout training and continuously seek learning opportunities. Qualifications Minimum: Retail experience operating front‑end equipment and working with mobile retail applications. Preferred: Additional experience with cash registers and mobile payment solutions. Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00* *Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation premiums may be awarded ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Benefits Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
