Pick/Pack Associate
Location: Columbus, OH Pay Rate: $20.00 Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Safely transport completed picks to the designated packing staging area.
- Communicate consistently with the Picking Team Lead to address and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Follow quality standards, promptly reporting any inventory issues to the Team Lead.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that containers and picking areas are always functioning properly.
- Pack customer orders accurately by reviewing product SKUs, weights, and quantities before shipping.
- Efficiently seal, label, and stack packages for shipment, loading them onto trailers as required.
- Collaborate with other departments as directed by management, supporting Fulfillment Center operations.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus but not essential.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
