Job Summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists to join our growing home health team.

This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one, evidence-based therapy services to children in the comfort of their homes while enjoying a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the support of an experienced clinical team. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.

• Provide skilled therapeutic treatment in accordance with the established plan of care.

• Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, documentation, and patient updates.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license required.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Pediatrics, Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing is preferred.

• Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.

• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule.

• Basic computer skills for electronic medical documentation.

• Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Job Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem

• Pay: $65–$80 per hour (based on experience and discipline)

• Schedule:

  • Flexible scheduling
