- Shift: 12H Nights (7p - 7:30a)
- Flexibility: Start time may vary
- Schedule: Every other weekend
- Floating Requirement: First to float within Region II

- Primary Facility: St Elizabeth Hospital
- Floating Facilities:
- St. Clare Hospital, Lakewood, WA
- St. Joseph Medical Center, Tacoma, WA
- St. Elizabeth Hospital, Enumclaw, WA
- Additional Compensation: $20 per hour when floated within Region II

Unit Overview:
- Unit Type: Emergency Department
- Manager: Melissa Irwin
- Bed Capacity: 11 beds with 1 trauma bay
- Average Patients: 35 patients/day
- Ratios: 4:1
- EMR System: EPIC
- Charge Nurse Available: Yes
- Security/Patient Sitters: None

Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS or ENPC
- TNCC

Supporting Staff:
- No Nurse Aides or Paramedics
- Lab Draws by Phlebotomists
- IV Team available during business hours
- Respiratory Therapy: 24/7
- Pharmacy: House resource nurse covers after hours

Special Notes:
- Floating to ICU Required
- Floor Specific Orientation Provided
- Common Patient Diagnoses: Critical care cases

Cancellation Policy:
- Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts for 13-week assignments
