Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Business Analyst - Senior to join their team. As a Business Analyst - Senior, you will be part of the Business Operations support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.

Location: Westlake, TX (First preference), Austin, TX - Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, analyzing organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements to develop data-driven solutions that enhance profitability and align with strategic goals.
• Partner with Product Owners to conduct stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
• Serve as the liaison between business leaders and IT teams to translate goals into actionable, technical solutions.
• Monitor project health, manage scope, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee the implementation of new systems, ensuring successful project delivery.
